USDA choice midwestern corn-fed aged prime rib. They also serve lots of

has been in business for over 40 years, is well known and highly
recommended for its popular piano bar and delicious aged steaks and
fresh seafood. Excellent dining selections include a New York steak or
their succulent filet mignon wrapped in bacon. Prime rib lovers won't be

It's upbeat and upscale atmosphere goes well with its sensational sushi
bar and their their classy dining room. Added to the mix is their hip
new Red Dot Lounge. It's where you can kick back and relax while you sip
a martini and be enterained by live music. The musicians start out with
subdued dinner music and then crank it up as the night progresses. Their
expert sushi chefs are entertaining. Highly recommended is the Alaskan
roll, which is a fantastic combination of crab, avocado, cucumber,

fresh sashimi. And they have a great variety of specialty sushi. Their
hot entrées include shrimp tempura, salmon, green lip mussels, chicken
and beef teriyaki. Their evening fare includes baked lobster and snow

Mission Valley (619-291-7328). Open 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sun.-Thurs.; Fri.
and Sat. 11 a.m.-midnight. During the NFL football season Seau's opens
at 9:30 a.m. ($6.95-$23.95). Seau's is the superbowl of sports bar
restaurants with 70 TVs, 2 stories and 14,500 sq. ft. of space. Plus
they have a cool sushi bar. Celebrity athletes like Shaquille O'Neal and
NBA all-star Charles Barkley show up for a meal here too. The sushi bar
is called Raw Mana (619-291-7391). It has its own hip-hop islander
menu($4.50-$16.50) and it's separated from the rest of the restaurant by
glass walls. Their extensive menu offers a contemporary American grill
cuisine with lots of delicious appetizers such as oak wood-fired pizzas,
tantalizing steaks, fresh seafood, savory pastas, crisp salads and
awesome desserts. Plus, their servers are attentive and high energy!
You'll definitely get your money's worth here and have a good time too!
