Our new Miss Emerson is Mary Kraszewski (just call her Mary K). Just as the movie was aptly titled, “There’s something about Mary!”, there’s something special about our Mary, too. She’s a delightful, witty, young lady—age 22—who lives in Pacific Beach and manages a hotel on the oceanfront. She’s here from Philadelphia where she graduated from Temple University with a degree in Recreation/Sports Management.

   Mary is single, with a boyfriend who is supportive of her involvement in OMBAC activities, and who was a factor in her being on Fiesta Island this year. This was Mary’s first involvement in a contest of this nature, and her first contact with OMBAC.

   She is a gymnast, has played lacrosse and baseball, and is on a softball team. She loves all spectator sports including motorcycle racing, and also paints and draws.

   Mary looks forward to networking with the many charities that OMBAC is involved in and  to establish future relationships with those charities and organizations as a volunteer.
